Preferred Region sorting
Preferred area to live – the client can select up to two preferred areas to live. These fields are very important to making the most appropriate housing match. Clients will be prioritized for matches in the geographic areas they indicate as preferences. If a client does not have a second preferred area, the same area should be selected twice.
To use the CE Dashboard to sort clients by region click on the “Activate filtering” box.
Next, under “Preferred region(s)” use the down arrow to bring up the regions list and check off the region you want to filter on. You must then click on an area outside of the dashboard for the filter to activate. I click in the white space above the phrase, “Activate filtering”.
Like most software there is more than one way to complete the same task. On the CE dashboard, in the Active Clients section there is a filter box. If you type in “Northshore,” (the comma immediately after the word is important) it will display all the clients who chose Northshore as their first preferred housing region.
You can then sort by score, using the arrows, and you can see what project the client is active.
This filtering will assist the CE regional navigators to move forward with the highest scoring clients.
